Pricing is divided into two tiers based on geographic service area.
Tier 1 covers our densest service routes including Richardson, Plano, Garland, Carrollton, Addison, Highland Park, University Park, and inner Dallas neighborhoods, with rates starting at competitive base prices for standard residential pools up to 20,000 gallons.
Tier 2 covers our extended service area including outer Collin County, Denton County, Rockwall County, and Tarrant County cities like Frisco, McKinney, Prosper, Celina, Flower Mound, Lewisville, Southlake, Keller, Grapevine, Colleyville, North Fort Worth, and North Arlington, with slightly higher rates that reflect drive time.
All weekly service includes water chemistry testing with professional liquid reagent kits, chemical balancing, surface skimming, vacuuming, wall and tile brushing, equipment inspection, filter inspection, and detailed service notes. Chemicals are included in the weekly rate.
One-time services like algae remediation, green-to-clean recovery, equipment repair, plaster work, tile work, coping repair, decking, leak detection, and full remodels are quoted separately based on the project scope.
